Your primary responsibilities will involve leveraging our robust database, founder's industry experience, AI technology, and innovative marketing strategies to foster successful matches and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize our extensive database, network, and AI tools to identify and engage with qualified mortgage professionals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with premiere lenders to understand their specific talent needs and preferences.
- Matchmaking: Evaluate candidate qualifications and lender requirements to make optimal talent placements.
- Deal Facilitation: Assist in the negotiation and closing of successful deals between candidates and lenders.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and candidates.
- Content Creation: Create and distribute compelling marketing content to attract both candidates and lenders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing and content creation.
- Openness to and familiarity with AI technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
